I booked a flight with Ezeeflights because it was cheaper than anywhere else. I did not receive a confirmation email which worried me. I called the next day, and was told that the flights I booked were not indeed available, but that I could book the exact same flight at 400% price increase. Scam!

Worst overall experience with Martin/Antonio. After taking the exorbitant price tickets changed the itinerary to AirCanada from Emirates. For Emirates flight, no proper information was provided. I had requested for additional information needed via email and there was no response provided. Ended up paying additional money at Dubai Connect.

I chose this method of booking because it seemed like it was the cheapest option but I don't think I'll be booking through this website again. I ended up paying $55 in taxes for a ticket that started out at $130. I booked a flight that was $400 through United Airlines and the taxes were $42 which doesn't make sense that this website charged me more for a ticket 3x less expensive. I also feel like booking through a travel agent makes it seem like I can just be charged any price and I can't check if this is official since the official website of Alaskan Airlines doesn't show the price breakdown and the price seems to be set by the travel agent, sent through an email. Also most websites allow a 24 hour cancellation without fees but this website charges $100 which is a lot for me. Ana, my travel agent, was okay.

Having just read through over a dozen reviews, I can comfortably say that they are mostly written by the same person- Eeze Jet PR, anyone?!!! The few true feedbacks are from disgruntled clients who lost money due to no baggage being included, and costs being added on after their initial purchase. PR has clearly been told to flood this site with positive feedback as there appears to be a new one every couple of days. Pretty poor behaviour if you ask me. Be careful of this site..

Rachael is great cooperative travel agent and she answered all the questions we asked. She is respectful talking to us. Overall feedback to Ezee Flights agency: I gave 4 stars only due to there?s another gmail address not ezeeflights email address in my e-ticket which appears to be a manager backup email. Something to polish on Ezee Flights agency on their behalf.

I was a bit apprehensive about booking because I wasn?t sure it was legit, especially because I was told the original price I found online was no longer available. But the agent worked with me to find me another ticket from a nearby airport. I was obviously a base fare and we had to pay to be able to pick our seats and sit together but it was ok.

Ezee is a perfect name because they make life SO easy for their clients. I have worked with Elena for several years & she is polite, efficient & has gotten us fabulous fares. We travel to the same place annually & as soon as we get home she gets in touch with us to confirm our dates for the following year. Ezee Flights is my go to flight agency when in need of an airline ticket! I usually contact Miguel, and he?s always very efficient and reliable!
