Trustworthy and genuin Travel Consultants Very helpful consultant named Rachael, who helped me find the best flight and cheap fare. Easy transaction of payment. However they took a bit long to email tickets. On my third day I got tickets in email, which was OK, but just had to keep on ringing them why I haven't received tickets in email straight after payment. They were friendly and helpful apologising for delay and said my the Airline have not issued tickets yet so once they issue it to them they will then email it to me. Did get tickets but on the third day. Was anxious at first if I have been scammed or not, but after research found out they are officially registered with IATA and are genuin travel agents. Would recommend to other people as well to book flights, and will myself call them for my next holiday. Good and genuin people. Date of experience: March 06, 2025

Guys please beware of this agency as� Guys please beware of this agency as they are scam, I was scammed yesterday of 742 and yet to get my money, after booking a flight then they chatted me on the site to tell me I need to pay more that the price is not available anymore, that it was a glitch on their site, I told them to refund me but they said it takes 3-5 days, up to this moment I�m yet to get a refund, I went on google to see their review but it turns out that a lot of people has been scammed through same process, please guys beware of them, I have mailed my bank and started a dispute and I hope I get my refund back, my bank assured me they will follow up on the dispute and try their best for me to get it.
